Tim Inman Home Inspector
Tinman Inspections is a local family owned and operated property Inspection Company. Tim Inman Founder/Owner of Tinman Inspections is dedicated to serving his clients. I depend on the people I serve for repeat business and referring me to other potential clients.
Tim has a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and over 18 years of experience in residential and commercial design, construction and inspections. He is licensed by the State of Arizona Board of Technical Registration, accredited by National Association of Home Inspectors (NACHI), U.S. Green Building Counsel (USGBC, LEED Accredited Professional), a member of SE Valley Regional Association of Realtors (SEVRAR) and American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
Tinman Inspections carries comprehensive errors & omissions and general liability coverage. Realtors and Brokers that recommend us are included within our policy as an additional insured. While I have never had a claim, it does offer additional peace of mind for all those involved in the inspection process.
